(NO oil paints or oily additives, please).
Over time, full bodied Acrylics can clog a sink,
so plan to clean thick paints from brushes and palettes
onto disposable paper towels/rags
before rinsing with soap and water
to minimize the flow of paint down the drain.
Many of us need the commitment on a calendar
or to other people - to show up and paint.Otherwise, life presents other things to do.Let's paint together, now and then.---

Entry Day in the Gallery for August 2024

• Please register your paintings
through on-line entry,
print entry slips and
bring them with your paintings.
• Be sure you follow our framing policies.
Staffers will inspect the presentation details.
• The monthly show rotation...
Bring ready to hang paintings to our Gallery on
the Last Saturday, before a First Friday
10:00am - 3:00pm
= Saturday, July 27, 2024
• Pay on-line is best
but we will accept payment in our Gallery,
and we have entry slips available
if you can't pre-print at home.
• Each artist may enter
2 regular sized paintings
and
2 miniatures.
Check your measurements.
• Images of paintings
must be in .jpg / JPEG format,
must be no more than 1200 pixels on the longest side
and must be no more than 4 MB in size.
(medium size digital sharing of your photos seems to work.)
The images will display on our website's
online slide show of the exhibition
and will make your art available
for online purchase.
• Each month,
Judging will be in-gallery on
The Monday, before First Friday.
Artists will receive an email of
acceptance status
after that processing
- often on a Wednesday.
(note: your member account
might display results as Declined
until the processing is accomplished!
Relax and wait for the news in email.)
